Is the tablet possibly a very pale green, with the marking 48 11 V? Looking at it upside down, the numbers do look like 1187.
It is manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
