Using Hormonal Cream While On Xarelto

I just had hip surgery and forgot that I should not use a hormonal cream. I used 1 gram vaginally. Will this effect anything since I am using Xarelto

The FDA classifies Xarleto as an anticoagulant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising.
