It can be normal to skip your period, when you switch, or stop an oral contraceptive, according to NIH reports. The NIH lists the other transitional effects as possibly including nausea, headache, irregular bleeding, and irritability.
How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? Have you had yourself checked for pregnancy?
