I am 21 going to 22, I had sex on september after which I saw ma period on d 26th of October, but to my surprise I missed my period on November and this is December. I have taken and inserted all kinds of misoprostol (cytotec). I have even taken injection of two doses two days but I just have a little drop of blood each time I do that. am scared and don't know what to do. I need help

I use misoprotol 4days ago and I didn't bleed, only cramp. Is the pregnancy gone? pls I need an urgent answer an really confused
