Use Of Zolfresh

I am using zolfresh from past 8yrs of my life.... its become a part of me. My body has become very immune..... If I take 1 tablet its of no use. I need at least 3 tablet of 10mg (30mg). can some tell me how to get off of this f***ing drug..
