Use Of Practin And Decdan

Hi sir I m using practin 4mg and decdan 0.5 mg twice a day for weight gain what are uses or side effects of it plz suggest me! And also give me the alternate option to weight gain, I m 22 yrs old height 5.11 and weight 54 after use of this medicine for 5 days it my weight became 58 kg
