Hello, Rajesh! How are you?
Unless your doctor has instructed otherwise, you can take it whatever time of day is most convenient for you, you just need to be consistent and take it each day around the same time and it should be taken on an empty stomach, just before a meal.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.
Is there anything else I can help with?
