I am using pantop 40mg more than 10 years. Is it harmful in future plzz tell me.

Long term use can increase your risk of hip fractures, and bone thinning. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and stomach pain.

Are you on any other medications?
