Use Of Meftal Spas

i take meftal spas every month during my periods and does it effects me inn futhure im 22 years old

Hi Doctor,
I am 30 years old and married. I am suffering from dysmenorrhoea and it lasts for 5 days in every month. I have consulted a reputed gynecologist , she suggested Meftal Spas . So every month I am taking 10-12 Meftal spas tablets. Is it safe for my health as I am taking 12 tablets in a month?
