is Lobate-GM cream useful for Keratosis Pilaris Treatment. I have very minute rashes and slight redishness on my forearms, my back, thyes and behind knees. this is more prominently visible on forearms.
I had consulted the doctor and they have diagnosed it as Keratosis Pilaris. and suggested no medication. I really need help. Only At my back I feel lot of itching.
I have been suffering from this from two to three months only and never had this issue before. I am not sure, may be it is related with extreme cold weather as I have shifted recently to London , I was going through mental stress from sometime, or I was wearing tight inners/thermals all time. I also had severe achne issue on my face with swelling and puss formation. This has improved a lot after going through antibiotics medication. But both issues- my achne on face and rashes which doctor has told as KP started almost same time to me. Please suggest if Lobate GM is good to apply . I had tried once and found some relief especially at my back.

Hello, KP! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.
Keratosis Pilaris usually causes no symptoms, other than the visible bumps, which may be worsened and more prominent in cold weather, as reported by the NIH, thus, if you have itching, I have to wonder if it might not be something else.
It is harmless and no treatment is usually required, but some people have good luck just using regular moisturizes to help soothe the skin.
I'd suggest staying away from the Lobate GM, because it can actually worsen some skin conditions.
