My wife aged 27 is in the 11 th week of pregnancy. she has been advised to take Ecosprin once in a day with NaturogestSR300. will this harm the foetus. Moreover, will this cause any sideeffects

Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin and if given during pregnancy, it's usually because the doctor wants to make sure that adequate blood flow is making it to the woman's uterus and the baby, but only the doctor can let her know for sure why he wants her to take it.

Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
