Use Of Ecosprin During Pregnancy Side Effects

My wife aged 32 is in the 29th week of pregnancy. she has been advised to take Ecosprin once in a day. will this harm the foetus. Moreover, will this cause any sideeffects.

Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Asprin and usually if given during pregnancy, it is given for its blood thinning properties to help increase blood flow to the baby.
