Use Of Ecosprin And Omana Cortil During Pregnancy (Top voted first)

hi, i am having SLE so i am advised to take omna cortil .i got married 8months ago i had miscarriage for my first baby but then i didn't know tat i had SLE .now again i am pregnant i am 8weeks pregnant i get very often stomach pain on right side anddoctor said that is due to the growth of Sist . twice i got spotting .done ultra sound scan and doctor said everything normal .But my doctor advised me to take Ecosprin tablet.I am afraid if it cause any side effects for my baby and also i have heard it also causes bleeding.pls advise me...
