Hi, am 7 weeks pregnant. i am prescribed to take ecospirin 75 and Dubagest 300 along with Folvite. is it fine to take these tablets? Also i am having severe cold and cough. But my Gynaec dint give any tablets. she adviced to take hot water and low dose of paracetomol if needed. Pl advice
