Use Of Ecosping 75mg During Pregnancy

Our doctor prescribed us to take one tablet Ecosping 75 mg daily in the noon. My wife is 8 weeks pregnant now. Can her use Ecosping 75mg in 8 weeks pregnancy? Please reply.

This is sometimes prescribe during pregnancy for blood thinning to increase blood flow to the baby, so it can be taken during pregnancy, as long as her doctor knows she is taking it.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
