Hii my doctor prescribed me dronis 30.. I am 23 yrs.. I had a missed period..after check up doctor said it can be because of hormonal imbalance... The doc prescribed me iron tab speedral and calcium supplements vehycal for 10 days and primolut n for 3 days... And said start dronis 30 as your period comes the very first day till 21 days.. My iron supplement last tablet is left should I take it with dronis 30 or should I not as today is the first day...

Yes, you should finish the iron tablets, as directed.
The NIH lists the typical side effects of Dronis as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, irregular bleeding, and PMS-like symptoms.
