Use Of Deflon 1000 Mg Tab

Doctor prescribed two tab of deflon 1000 mg in a day for three days and thereafter once a day for a week. I am suffering piles problems and passing blood with puss. Whether this will help me out this problem and this will be safe for me. I am 49 years old.
