I got lower back muscle spasm .. I went to many doctors they gave me myoril Bt it doesn't help.. However the muscle spasm is recovered but I have pain in my inner thigh which is joining to the hip bone near pelvis .. Doctor gave me chymtol forte and zerodol th4 .. Will this help?

There is practically no solution. However, take an MRI to understand the damage, if any, to the spine. Just take more rest and don’t lift any object.
