Usage Of Attentrol 18

my 9 yr old son is taking Attentrol 18 daily for past 3 years. he is very intelligent and now no problem w.r.t to attention . however he has muscle twitching some times in arms and limbs. pls confirm if Attentrol has any side effect

my son is 12yr old. he is suffering from menelizem(after nemonia mind attek). he is phycally fit. he is not to speek a sentense and he is not reding, writing & not see a movie, song . his like are bhajan&panjabi song.this time current medison is epilex300crono(2),attenroll 18mg(1) , zentrad 200mg(2),lonazep.25mg(1) please confirm the tretment & medison
