Ursocol Side Effects

I am tuberculosis patient(lymph node),and I am taking drug of TB (Rcinex E) for 6 months and I have also gall stone problem(primary stage). Doctor has prescribed to take ursocol 300 mg twice daily. So, taking ursocol and tuberculosis drug simultaneously can create any problem/have any interaction between them.
My another question is that we can take antacid with these two above mentioned drug
