can you tell how many milligrams of methadone someone has taken daily and if so how many days back can they tell the milligams? Also is there any oher typs of medications tht can interfere with testing of methadone?

I'm supposed to be taking 40ml of Methadone but my boyfriend was recently kicked off his script and so i have been giving him some of mine.

I'm now only taking 10ml daily.

I've got a urine test coming up and im worried as I've heard that smaller doses of Methadone wont show up.

Anyone know if that is true as if it is I'm gonna have to get my boyfriend to give me a sample and i really don't want to have to do that but if i give a negative sample they are going to suspect i have been giving it to my fella.

How many mg is 300 ng/ml ? I need to know what the cut off for methadone is in mg for the 10 panel drug test.

There is no way to calculate that, sorry. You can get an approximation. The average body produced 1000-2000 ml of urine per DAY. Lets go with 1000 for our example. Let's say you pee every 2 hours... so about 100 ml every 2 hours (so when you take your UA, you should pee 100 ml). Now, if your cut of is 300 ng/ml, you would have to have less than 30000 nanograms in your sample. Also, remember there is 1 million nanograms in a milligram. Now moving on to the dosage part. This part is difficult because the half life is GOING TO VARY FOR EVERYONE. I believe methadone half life is 24-48 hours. Let's use 24 hours for ease of calculation. Well, also say you take 100 MG's of methadone PER DAY, also to keep this easy. If you take 100 MG's a day and the half life for your body is 24 hours, you will never have more than 2x the amount of methadone than you take, running through your body. So if you take 100 mg a day, every day, your body will have 200 mg of methadone in it constantly. Once you figure out how much methadone is stored in your system at once, you can play around with it. Let's say you have 3 days to get clean. So you took your last 100 mg dose on Sunday morning at 8 am, and your drug test is Wednesday. You now have 200 mg in your system.

Monday morning at 8 am (1 half-life period later), you will have broken down and peed out 100 mg so 100 mg remaining. Tuesday morning at 8 am you will have broken down and peed out 50 mg so 50 mg remaining. Wednesday at 8 am (the day of the test) you have 25 mg in your body. When you wake up, you'll pee out whatever methadone metabolites were in your urine and now your starting clean. So now its the day of the test and you have your estimation of how much methadone is left coursing through your blood stream, in this case 25 mg. Let's say the test is at 10 am, so you have 2 hours from when you emptied your bladder to when you take the test. Now for our example, were using a 24 hour half-life. So 24 hours later, 12 Mg's would be peed out, but you dont have 24 more hours, only 2. So 12 divided by 24 would be .5 Mgs per hour, but you have two hours so 1 mg WILL TECHNICALLY BE IN YOUR URINE WHEN YOU PISS. Going back to the average 100 ml of urine in 2 hours, you take your mg amount (which is 1) and times that by 1,000,000 to get your nanograms. So we get 1,000,000 nanograms in your 100 ml of urine. Divide 1 million by 100, and your answer is *approximately* 10,000 ng/mL. Hope that makes sense. You will have to input your own dose that you take, and estimate the half-life of YOUR OWN BODY WHICH CAN BE DIFFICULT.
