Urine Test Heroin In 5 Days

I haven't done any herion in 5-6 months or longer.. I take subs daily for chronic pancreatitis I got into a car wreck need to take the edge off did a single line of H but found out I have a UA next Tuesday will I pass or should I prepare for the worst?
