Possibly have upper respitory infection. Spitting like crazy coughing to clear throat aching no fever.will Z PAC work

If you don't have a fever, it might not be an infection, they usually go hand in hand.

Have you consulted your doctor? An infection needs to be confirmed, before you take an antibiotic.
