Unmarked Pills Found With My Prescription Marked Pills

Found 4 before discoveringsmall white circular unmarked pills and same size as my prescription oxymorphone 10 mg tabs....possibly pill tampering???? oxymorphone pills. To the untrained eye looks same as prescription.... 54/814 on one side smooth small white and without scoring, other side without markings. This unmarked pill when placed side by side and on top of the prescription med details = no markings or scoring on both sides of the pill, round, white and appears to be same size. Only differences are...no markings, not as smooth and both sides....the edge circumference is symmetrical but not flush...turned upwards...without distortion...
Is it possible these pills seemingly identical missed the stamping process and poor quality slipped through.. I have felt slight or minimal changes with medication itself however not knowing if I was taking a marked pill versus unmarked pill.....All help appreciated.

It's much more likely that they aren't Oxymorphone and shouldn't be in your bottle. Even though the stamping process isn't always perfect, it's usually there.

Just as an example, I have a bottle of my Teva Labetalol here and there are a couple in the bottle that were erred, but I can still see the marking, it's just off-center and blurry on a couple.
