Have you had a chance to speak with your boyfriend yet to ask for his thoughts or opinion on what it might be? Surely he would know if it's sitting in his vehicle?

Unfortunately, when it comes to pills without markings or imprints, it could literally be anything from OTC herbal supplements to foreign or illicit drugs.

In cases like this, I think the only 100% verifiable way to identify the contents would be to have this capsule analyzed by a lab.

Is it a clear blue capsule or solid blue?
