I found only half of a small white oval pill in my rx of claritin. the last three characters on it are 612. I looked it up in Mosby's Nursing Drug Reference, 2005. No picture resembling it was in my guide.

Ummmm... ok reaper, you need help... but the RX is actually Loratidine 10mgs, a generic form of Claritin. Ask your local pharmasist to be sure. Hope this is helpful. :)
Okay, I have removed the creative post since this site does not like to promote such ideas here.
Stacy's post is correct on the identification of this tablet. This is the over the counter, generic for Claritin, used to treat allergies.
