pink oval pill with 93 on one side and 7146 on other. Suppose to be Z-pack. is it?

can anyone identify this pill? The pharmacist just labeled it z-pack. Doesn't look like my last prescription

Yes it is 250MG AZITHROMYCIN, an antibiotic. 5 Day z-pac. I am currently on day 4 have the bottle right in front of me.
