Unknown Pain Medication

I'm trying to identify a medication that my aunt had been on. She called it "petapit". Can you help me identify it? She thinks it is for pain.

No, I'm sorry, but I've tried glancing through lists of analgesics, as well as just general medications and I can't find anything with a name even similar to that.

Do you happen to know if it was over the counter, or prescription?
