Misty is correct, this was a generic for Darvocet, which contained 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, it was a mild narcotic pain reliever. It has since been pulled from the market in the U.S., under direction of the FDA, due to the increasing number of overdoses and cardiac events that it was causing. It was also known to carry the risk of being habit forming, and to cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, headache, and dry mouth. It was manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.

Cayden, an oval shaped tablet with E 3 on it is Enjuvia, it contains conjugated estrogens and is used for HRT. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. It is manufactured by Barr Laboratories.
