Unicontin E 400

HI , I am 25 year old male . i had consulted with the doctor for my cough related problem . Doctor prescribed me to take unicontin 400 and Arrant for 1 month . Please tell me the pros & cons of these medicine .Is there any side effects for taking this for 1 month. Dr. prescribed to take 1 tablet unicontin 400 every day at night during 8:00 pm and take arrant at morning after breakfast.

I am waiting for the earliest response .

I have been taking unicontin 200 every night for last one year continuously as I have been suffering for asthma. I can't stop taking unicontin as I have to suffer for cough if I stop taking it.

What is your suggestion on this matter.
