Ultram Has Stopped Being A Strong Pain Killer.

I had a back surgery 17 years ago. that was not successful.
My Neurosurgeon prescribed my 2 tabs of ULTRAM 50 with 2 tylenols, every 4 hours.
For 15 years Ultram helped my pain.
During the last two years, ULTRAM is not helping as good.
TRAMADOL is useless for me.
I need some equally strong pain killer as ULTRAM 50 mg.

Ultram contains Tramadol as the active ingredient, so they are the same thing.

However, there is a higher dosage available that you may want to ask your doctor about trying. It is available in 100mg tablets, as well as the 50mg ones.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
