Ty017 Cotenin

I have a pill that has "ty017 cotenin" on it, I found this pill outside my door, what is it and what is it for?

I can't be 100% certain, since it's a foreign medication, but from what I'm finding and if the site translators are correct, this tablet is sold under the brand name Cotenin and contains the active ingredient Dextromethorphan, which is an antitussive that's used to help prevent or treat coughing.

This is available in Taiwan, but it's not a controlled medication in most countries, so someone could easily have brought it to the U.S. with them or ordered it online.
