Does tussionex syrup show up the same as 10/325 hydro on a pain management urine screen?

Yes, they should both show up as Hydrocodone, depending on the test used, according to NIH studies. It would take a very in-depth study to detect the Acetaminophen and Chlorpheniramine, which is not usually done.

The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

If it's a comprehensive test that is sent to the lab (Toxassure, etc) it will show up as hydrocodone, and metabolites of hydrocodone (norhydrocodone, etc. ) - so make sure you're honest.
