To help address your concern, Sudafed is known to cause false positives for Amphetamines, Meth and Ecstasy.

If you're able to I would ask your doctor if additional testing may be done on the original sample so that a second sample may be taken. Odds are that a different result will pop up if they are using a more sophisticated test.
