Tryptomer,oleanz 10 And Valium 10

my mother has bee taking tryptomer, oleanz 10 and valium 10. We have noticed that she has become very forgetful.She has started forgetting things which sha did 10 minutes ago,is confused about time and days.Even forgets if she had meals.Is this a side-effect of any of these medicines or is it somethinh totally unrelated?please reply so that we can either change the medication or get her some treatment for this.Thanks

Either one is a possibility.

Some people can get confused effects from the Amitriptyline in the Tryptomer:

Oleanz contains Olanzapine, this is an antipsychotic medication and it can definitely cause such side effects:

So, it could be any or a combo of all these medications or something else.

I definitely suggest speaking with her doctor.
