What medications are you currently taking? What is your problem with Hydrochlorothiazide? The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, hypotension, and dehydration.

How high are your Triglycerides? Are you on any other medications?

Have you tried dietary changes?
