Trimeth Sulfa Ds

I'm on the sulfameth/trimethop medication right now for the treatment of mild ancne. Why should I avoid sunlight? I went to a tenning bed and had no changes.

this medicine can give you a headache because it makes you more sensitive to light.

It can make you heat/light sensitive, which could result in your burning, much sooner than usual, you could also develop sun poisoning, skin rashes, and etc.

Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim can also cause elevated heart rate, and nervousness, as side effects, so combining it with caffeine could worsen those issues. Other side effects may include nausea, diarrhea, and headache.
