I've never tried, but I can provide you with some more information.

Trim 30 is an all natural supplement, while they claim it helps with weight loss, this is not actually proven.

It contains:

Sweet Potato Fiber , Spirulina, Cyamopsis Gum Powder, Alfalfa, Kola, Guttiferae Plant, Cassia Seed Extract, Mulberry Leaf, Gurana, Tuckahoe

Has anyone tried this product?
