Trigestrel Side Effects

Hi, i started using Trigestrel( the one with white , yellow and a red strip)on the 20 of October 2017, even though im trying for a second baby due to weight issues a nurse told me i cant fall pregnant because my MBI is very low, and now i am gaining weight . my problem is im knocking off very late , i need to know if i can find the exact pills on the counter or i need to go back to the clinic ? and would also like to know do i have to drink the red pills before my periods starts, im expecting my periods next week
