Triben-v And Contraceptive Pills

Hi... I am on the Pearl and have spotting now and then.. I have developed yeast infection symptoms, heavy discharge and odor.... Can I still use the triben-v???

Rather than a yeast infection, those symptoms actually point more to a bacterial vaginal infection, a yeast infection does not usually cause an odor.

So yes, you should take this medication, if your doctor has instructed you to do so.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
