This tablet is manufactured by Pliva Inc. and they list it as containing 150mgs of Trazodone, which is an antidepressant that is also used to treat insomnia. It is designed so each triangle contains 50mgs of the active ingredient.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood changes, and weight gain.
