Tri Sprintec Birth Control Missed Week

Hello! I didn't have a tri sprintec birth control packet for a week, and missed a week of those pills. I'm on the second week, and the 4th week is when I'm scheduled to start. My period app says I was supposed to start yesterday 11-30 and now I'm a day late, when will my period start?

Missing that week has most likely thrown off your hormonal balance, so your cycle may not follow it's normal track. It can take a couple months for things to settle down and become regular, some women don't have periods on this oral contraceptive, at all.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms.
