It looks like TriEst is a combination of 3 different Estrogen hormones and has to obtained from a compounding pharmacy, because they have to create it for you, as it is not manufactured in that form, by any company.

Thus, no, there is no cheaper alternative.

However, you could ask your doctor why you need this HRT and if you could possibly use a different one.

Have you spoken to them about the issue, yet?
