Tretinoina Crema

A dermatologist prescribed Retin A for my skin for exfolient and regrowth of new skin. It has worked wonders and my skin looks alive again. This was yrs ago and I now buy Epitrol from Mexico. Does very well and I will continue to use it since people tell me I do not look my 74 years. It never caused rash or peeling as I used it per instructions. Also I use a cream on top.

Hello, Nonna! How are you? I am so glad that it has worked so well for you.

However, due to the risks, I can't encourage anyone to obtain it elsewhere and use it without their doctor's approval. It can cause the peeling and skin burning as side effects, according to the FDA, which could result in scarring and worsening of some skin conditions.

What type of cream do you use with it?
