can trepiline cause hypertension as I have been prescribed this for fybromylagia

Trepiline contains the active ingredient Amitriptyline, which is a tricyclic antidepressant, that can also help with certain types of nerve pain.

And yes, it can cause hypertension in some people that take it, but it's very rare.
