Treatment For Less Eosinophils Count 01

I am suffering from less eosinophils count with 01%. I am having cough and clogging in lungs. What medicine I have to take to get rid of this.

My mother is 15 years old debatic and my mother’s age is 65 years and 1 month ago she fall in a disease whater in whole body after that we knew with cheast x-ray that her heart is enlarged with 10:11 and now her lever size alse enlarged with fatty and today her trop-i test result is 0.53 and in blood reports she have low white blood cells
Result with value mentioned below
1: neutrophils = 87
2: lymphocytes= 10
3: monocytes = 02
4: esinophils = 01
5: TLC = 18000
6: platelet count= 332000

So how can we control and how may we save her life and get well back
Please help me
