Transamin contains Tranexamic Acid, it is used to help prevent or stop bleeding.

As to how to use it, it depends on what formulation you have.

In the U.S. it is available as tablet or an injection, but from what I have read in other countries, there are also topical formulations meant to be inserted anally, as a suppository.
