I'm not sure who you might've been responding to since this is a relatively new discussion thread with no other posts…but it's imperative that you don't give out false information pertaining to the side effects of Tramadol.
All prescription medications have the potential to cause side effects in some users. And while not everyone experiences these side effects, you can't necessarily rule out those who do (especially those facing addiction or dependance issues).
