Tramadol No Markings

I have a question about a pill round white pill with no markings. I was told they were Tramadol.. But I am not sure. Does tramadol ever come with no markings on it???

Not in the U.S. All tablets here are required, by law, to have unique markings to enable their identification.

The FDA classifies Tramadol as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
