Tramadol And Pantoprazole False Positives

Can tramadol cause a false positive for benzodiazepines? I'm about to be terminated from my job. Can someone help me? I'm also taking pantoprazole. Can it cause a false positive for thc?

Well after testing positive 4 benzodiazepine & thc while being prescribed tramadol & pantoprazole during a random urine drug test at my job it was sent out 4 a 10 panel test and I was CLEARED job saved!! So yes these will give false positive results tramadol 4 benzodiazepine & pantoprazole 4 thc
